Internship opportunities
Internships are structured as a mandatory component of the BSc in Hospitality Management curriculum. Students complete two paid internships either locally or abroad. These can be at any one of the top companies that visit the campus annually or at organisations students aspire to work for.
Your first internship happens in the second semester of the programme. This will focus on the food & beverage (F&B) industry, complementing the practical and theoretical training in the semester prior. Your second internship is in the second year, in the rooms division, where you’ll explore managerial roles for the front office and house-keeping.

Career services
SHL’s Career Services team directs you through professional advising and opportunities that reflect exactly what the job market’s looking for today. That makes it an integral facet of SHL success stories; a primary reason why SHL graduates are thriving worldwide today.
It starts with the job portal, where you can sift through current job opportunities and find your place in the market. Personalised career coaching follows, where trained experts offer resume writing, job application, interviewing, and overall career guidance. There are career days held on campus and online too, where you can meet local and global companies spearheading the hospitality and or customer-oriented businesses. Industry expert talks are held each semester, alongside personal branding workshops.
