At Miss Hall’s, Viola found herself in an atmosphere that encouraged her to push the boundaries of her learning and leadership. A talented artist — also a member of the varsity volleyball and softball teams and head of the LatinX Affinity Club — Viola plans to study Immigration Law and Policy at university.

“Miss Hall’s gave me the boldness to run for school Vice President,” she says. “I was able to learn about issues that are important to me, taught by teachers who are just as passionate as I am. I was shown the words of strong women leaders, such as Sonia Sotomayor. I was told that could be me one day, and I believe it.”
