Drawn by CDNIS’ reputation as one of the top international schools in Asia and the prospect of earning a dual diploma, Ng joined CDNIS in Grade 9 -- and she wouldn’t change a thing about all her years at the school.
"I really appreciate how the teachers were willing to stay after school or even open a Zoom meeting just to discuss my thoughts and outlines for different essays," she says. "I truly felt the teachers’ passion and support as they guided us toward achieving our goals.”

CDNIS equipped Ng with the skills to pursue International Business and Global Management (IBGM) at the University of Hong Kong. In the IB curriculum, she took a Business Management course which exposed her to case studies and discussions covering real-world challenges, the content overlapping with university. She gained writing and analytical skills through completing her extended essay and History Internal Assessment, and even developed leadership skills serving as the vice president of the Chinese Magazine Club, publishing online articles.
"Working on group projects at CDNIS helped me develop the skills to collaborate with people from different nationalities," says Ng. "It not only deepened my understanding of different cultures, but also taught me to appreciate each person’s individuality.”
