Shaping business leaders through data, strategy, and innovation

At Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, students learn to bridge the worlds of strategy, technology, and data, gaining the expertise to lead in industries where decisions are driven by analytics and innovation. Pamplin holds AACSB accreditation, a recognition earned by just 6% of business schools worldwide, and delivers graduate programs that combine flexibility with career-focused outcomes. Pamplin’s portfolio of Master of Science in Business Administration programs is a top example of this.

Hands-on applied learning is a hallmark of the curriculum. A student in the Business Analytics concentration, for example, might work on predictive models to help a healthcare provider improve patient care, while someone in Hospitality and Tourism Management might learn to use data to forecast demand and optimise guest experiences.

Faculty members bring insights from careers in sectors like finance, technology, and government, grounding lessons in practical experience. Whether studying in Washington, D.C., or on the Blacksburg campus, you’ll join a community that produces graduates who shape strategy at Fortune 500 companies, influence policy, and drive transformation worldwide.

A dynamic business education awaits at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.

"Faculty facilitate ongoing reflection, reinforcing lessons learned through real-world practice,” says Linda Christie, MBA Programme Director. “We are fortunate to be located in the D.C area where 55,000 Virginia Tech alumni live and work, offering students unparalleled access to a powerful local network of Hokies, the proud nickname for Virginia Tech alumni and community members.
