The Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition is both practical and flexible. It offers two specialisations: dietetics and nutritional science. The dietetics specialisation offers a balanced curriculum, including courses in the biological, physical and social sciences. Meanwhile, the nutritional science specialisation draws upon a variety of related disciplines, such as human nutrition, biology, physiology, and chemistry.

Students can learn about the profession of dietetics from local practitioners, study in high-tech classrooms or pursue research. These programmes are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
