Health care provider, Medical equipment, White coat, Safety glove, Skin, Shoulder, Eyelash, Researcher

With the MS in Biological Engineering, students are taught to apply the principles of engineering to design solutions for problems around biological systems. From researching biomaterials and stem cell manufacturing to applying computational methods to model disease mechanisms, the programme encompasses everything needed to carve out a future in the field.

On top of this, students learn skills in problem definition, advanced data analysis techniques, and effective communication of original research results. Student-conducted research is expected to generate significant scholarship, including peer-reviewed journal papers, patents or conference proceedings.
