The MS in Biochemical Engineering is designed to give students a comprehensive and advanced education in engineering. Here, students learn to combine diverse knowledge in engineering, chemical and biological sciences, as well as gain skills in problem definition and use advanced techniques of data analysis and presentation for original research results.
Courses are split across a variety of foundational engineering and specialised subjects, including Computational Engineering, Advanced Fluid Mechanics and Advanced Heat Transfer. A thesis is required as well, giving students the opportunity for an in-depth exploration of a topic of their choice.
