Ready to tackle the next big frontier as a computer scientist? Master navigating one of the world’s rapidly evolving industries with a graduate programme in Computer Science, offered at UC as a Master of Engineering (MEng), Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
The first is best for those seeking to expand their skills for the technical workforce, whilst the MS and PhD are a great way to delve into research groups in Data and Knowledge Management, Experimental Computer Systems, Intelligent Systems, Internet Computing and Information Science, and Quantum Computing.
During his time at UC, he focused on metamorphic testing in scientific software and natural language processing in requirements engineering. Through his research, he discovered the potential for using natural language processing to improve the quality of software testing, which fuelled my interest in this field. He is now an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Montana.
“I felt that pursuing a PhD would broaden my research horizons and help me become a professional researcher,” says doctoral graduate Zedong Peng.
