Master in Commerce and Technology
Danielle Alroy never expected her law degree to be so fun — and fruitful. Originally from Brazil, she had studied accounting in business school for her undergraduate degree. It was an experience quite different from her Master’s in Commerce and Technology at UNH Law.
“In business school, the emphasis was on using tools and models to solve problems with shortcuts. I didn’t speak much and was focused on completing routine tasks and crunching numbers,” she said.
Using the services available at CaPS, Alroy was able to develop her professional image and tap into an extensive network of lawyers, professionals and firms. This included connections to representatives from a group of leading companies – including Apple, Dolby Laboratories, Fox Entertainment, Google, Intel, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, and Uber.
“It was a dream come true,” says the graduate who now works at a leading law firm, specializing in new technologies law.
