At the CAES Department of Food Science and Technology, innovation is always on the menu. Students earning their Master of Science in Food Science are learning what it takes to create food products that are not only filled with flavour but are also nutritionally sound, safe to eat, and contribute to the health of the global community.

The Master of Science in Food Science is designed to help advance careers in the food industry, government organisations, and academic institutions. The programme equips you with specialised knowledge in food safety and quality, food chemistry, food engineering, and much more. Through a hands-on curriculum from an award-winning faculty, you’ll be prepared to answer questions about the future of food will bring.
