“Contract law is one of the most important points of entry into the US legal system. It is the foundational means by which lawyers create legal structures, establish legal relationships, and facilitate global commerce. Teaching our LLM students about this flexible tool is especially exciting because I get to see them go on to use it to accomplish great things for both themselves and their clients.”
Mark Burge, Professor of Law
Hear from the students
“All of my LLM classes were memorable to me because it was my dream to study in the US. I have learned many valuable skills, including how to read quickly in English and fully comprehend what I read, write essays, and strengthen my overall English proficiency, especially legal English. I also learned to understand different accents, developed teamwork skills, and gained greater cultural awareness and sensitivity.”

Dr. Tabare Abadie,
retired Emeritus Distinguished Laureate from Corteva Agriscience
"Among the existing distance education programmes that I have specifically recommended are the ones offered by TAMU. They offer similar quality as other programmes, but with a lot more flexibility and a very competitive cost. I especially like the modularity of the programmes and the combination of certificates and degrees offered, which gives the students the possibility to tailor their programmes to fit their own needs."
