Nestled in Salisbury, "Maryland's coastal college town," this public university has a long history of excellence in liberal arts education — the kind that transforms students into graduates who are ready for tomorrow.

Founded in 1989, the Fulton School is a leader in liberal arts education. In the 2022-23, nine students received the Fulbright Student Award, a prolific showing of how the school trains students to become some of the nation’s most respected scholars.

SU is a flourishing comprehensive institution, where the Fulton School offers diverse programmes, including art, English, history, modern languages, music, dance, philosophy, theatre, communication, conflict analysis and dispute resolution, environmental studies, interdisciplinary studies, psychology, political science, sociology, and more.

These programmes are designed to foster creative and critical thinking. Students build a strong foundation in research and communication skills alongside valuable managerial, digital, and cultural competencies. World-class faculty members go beyond instruction, acting as mentors who guide students within a supportive learning community. The result? Students gain knowledge, explore diverse topics, and develop the skills needed for future success.
