This STEM-designated program focuses on applied economic analysis and policy. If flexibility to enter a range of careers is what you’re after, your search ends here.
The program features four core courses and four electives. While core curriculum will lay a solid foundation in economic theory and quantitative methods, electives will allow you to apply economic analysis to more specific policy areas.
With this degree, you will be able to explore careers in government, finance, or healthcare, amongst several other booming fields. Four to six months of paid work as a professional economist — made possible by Northeastern’s signature co-op program — will further boost your employability.
