“Studying Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management was fun and eye-opening. I realised the various opportunities that I could potentially take advantage of. While at the school, I used the career service to help tailor my CV for job applications. I enjoyed the career events organised by the school, which allowed us to speak to prospective employers and understand what they were looking for in a candidate.
Upon graduation, I joined the Nationwide Building Society as a Specialist Collector and Negotiator. Nine months into the role, I got on the company graduate scheme called the Change Development Programme. I currently work as a Project Manager. I work with engineers, business analysts and several internal and external stakeholders. I manage project timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure that projects are delivered within timelines and budgets.
I see myself growing as an IT Project Manager by improving my skillsets and broadening my experience and knowledge.”
