The brand-new MSc in Data Science for Sustainability programme just launched for students interested in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to help make sustainable decisions and drive innovation. This unique take on data science makes it one of the few in central Europe focusing on sustainability entirely. Here, you will be able to analyse complex datasets, develop innovative solutions, and drive meaningful change in ecology, economy, and society through data analysis.

Set to begin at the tail end of 2025, this master's degree will have four semesters spanning two years. First-year students learn the foundations of data science and sustainability principles, which will culminate into a project that integrates whatever you have learned in class with real-world applications. Second-year students, on the other hand, are required to carry out and complete a master's thesis, showcasing their research findings.
