Zeyad Khashroum

Graduate Zeyad Khashroum quickly achieved success after graduating with a master’s degree from the College of Engineering. He credits the relevant skills he quickly gained during his studies. “They offered coursework in high-demand areas such as Computer Networks, Cyber Security, Low Power CMOS and VLSI design,” he says.

These competencies made Khashroum a sought-after graduate by various companies across the US — each of which jumped at the chance to offer him full-time employment. “The people interviewing me were impressed by the knowledge and skills I received from my school. I believe LU has a great reputation in the market and is well recognised by most employers,” he says.

“It opened the door for me to pursue my dream in the US. I received all the support I needed from faculty and staff. I published a paper in the Engineering Science and Technology Journal and found the kind of job I always wanted.”
