Many of my courses have included a lab portion or been design-based. This has allowed me to dive into various environmental topics and research solutions. During the Environmental Engineering Fundamentals course, we conducted lab experiments on wastewater and stream water to determine their water quality and propose solutions. These experiments and calculations were applicable to my career in environmental engineering.

Notably, my professors have instilled in me a holistic, ecological mindset that sets me apart from others and will be beneficial to future projects in my career.
