For Laila Elbouzidi, MUBA is where global outlooks are fostered through meaningful exchanges within the school’s community. “Coming from a different country, I found there is always an international mindset that is embraced at MUBA, and that brings me, my co-workers, and students together,” she says. ”My colleagues are also understanding and helpful whenever I ask for assistance. I am glad to be part of the HKMU community.”

Traits such as compassion, empathy, and adaptability are easily fostered in an environment where differences are celebrated. The Moroccan lecturer notes that her students’ curiosity towards her cultural background and interesting experiences creates a strong student-teacher bond that fosters their overall learning process.

“At MUBA, there are many options for students to expand their international awareness, especially through the Global Immersion Programme,” she says. “Joining a study tour abroad really helps advance their international business acumen, and may even spark their curiosity to venture into impactful careers worldwide.”
