A global leader in business education

Over two centuries ago, a group of visionary entrepreneurs, scholars, theorists, and economists in Paris laid the foundation for what would become the world’s first business school: ESCP Business School. Today, its legacy stretches across Europe, from Berlin, London, and Madrid, to Paris, Turin, and Warsaw (and one branch campus in Dubai), continuing to offer students everywhere a window into innovation in Europe.

But ESCP has always been a business school that offers more. Since its inception, ESCP has remained faithful to its European roots, embracing multiculturalism, interdisciplinarity, and responsibility. And as the world becomes increasingly interconnected and interdisciplinary, ESCP will be strengthened by two new schools: the ESCP School of Technology, and the ESCP School of Governance, becoming, by 2030, the first European University of Management, anchored in its historical and academic DNA.

Through its Bold & United 2030 Strategy, the school is shaping a future where ambition aligns with ethics, and innovation drives real change. The result is a new generation of accountable, bold and creative leaders capable of driving human-centred change in business and beyond.

Innovating for a better tomorrow

Beyond academic excellence, ESCP is renowned for research that drives progress across industries, policy, and society. Here, collaboration is the norm: researchers, leaders, and innovators work side by side to exchange insights and create solutions.

Its LIGhTS Research Institutes, for example, unite academia, industry, and policy to spark new ideas and shape solutions that matter. They include the ESCP Leadership and Inclusive Management Institute, the ESCP Innovation & Entrepreneurial Transformation Institute, the ESCP Geopolitics Institute, the ESCP Tech Institute, and the ESCP Sustainability Institute.

As AI becomes integral to business strategy, management education must evolve with it. ESCP has fully embraced this, integrating artificial intelligence in teaching, research, and student services. This includes a collaboration with OpenAI for ChatGPT Edu access, the training of 1,000 “AI Champions” among students, faculty, and staff, and more recently, a partnership with Hugging Face, a leading open-source AI platform.

Artificial intelligence

“AI is embedded in all our programmes, with specialised courses focused on its application in business. Our faculty progressively leverages Generative AI throughout the course lifecycle — designing, delivering, and assessing a course. AI is also a key research focus, with our scholars both studying AI and using it to enhance the research process.”

Louis-David Benyayer,
Associate Professor at ESCP and Coordinator for ESCP Artificial Intelligence Initiatives

The next generation of leaders will need to be ready to face climate and social change. ESCP helps you be one of them: the shared approach at ESCP embraces complexity, acts on science and evidence, thinks in systems rather than silos, and challenges conventional approaches to reshape how business engages with society while respecting planetary boundaries.

At ESCP, sustainability is a core part of every programme and research project, so you can graduate ready to lead change that matters.

Sustainability

“As a globally leading institution in business and management education, ESCP takes responsibility for shaping future ethical and environmentally conscious leaders able to navigate the complex challenges of a changing world. We integrate environmental and social sustainability across all our programmes, recognising that one cannot exist without the other. By bridging research, education and real-world impact, we strive to create a viable, carbon-neutral and fairer economy and society.”

Entrepreneurship

Have a business idea? ESCP's Blue Factory helps you make it real. Whether you’re just brainstorming or ready to go global, this startup hub gives students and alumni across ESCP’s campuses the tools, guidance, and community to grow.

“Entrepreneurship isn’t just about profits or cutting-edge technology — it’s about transforming passion into meaningful impact. With 15 years of practice behind us, we are excited to continue enabling entrepreneurs to thrive, innovate, and build the future, one step at a time.”

"Each time I have the pleasure of speaking with our alumni and ask about their most vivid memory from their time at ESCP, I'm pleased to hear that the Company Consultancy Project (CCP) is often the answer. The CCP is an immersive learning experience that provides an excellent opportunity to fine-tune one's personal leadership style and learn how to collaborate closely with others to solve problems and advocate for a point of view."

Hear from the students

Philosophically, being part of [ESCP’s] Blue Factory has been essential. Building a mission-driven startup like Maa Biodiversity can be isolating, especially when navigating complex topics like forest ecology and carbon finance. Having a supportive environment where other founders are facing similar operational and strategic challenges while working in different sectors brings perspective, accountability, and fresh ideas. The diversity of viewpoints within the Blue Factory has really helped us stay grounded while refining our long-term vision. It also gave us rhythm and accountability: regular check-ins, concrete milestones are needed for us to keep up the pace. That cadence has been priceless for our team.

What initially stood out to me about ESCP was its global reputation and presence. Having multiple campuses throughout Europe allowed me not to limit myself to choosing a single country or market, and it will allow me to live in four different countries before I graduate. I was also highly impressed by the fact that all their students are able to find work after graduation – something very important to me as I face the current job market. I liked the flexibility that the MIM gave me, not only in choosing my campuses, but also in choosing my courses for the industry I hope to go into. I had so many specialisations and classes to choose from, and I ended up choosing differently from what I had initially planned before my first semester.

One MBA, multiple routes to success

The ESCP MBA has four specialisations: Consulting, Entrepreneurship, Luxury, and Fintech and Innovation. Each ensures deep learning through practical work and case studies that give real-time experience.

For example, through the Company Consultancy Projects, you work in teams of five to six on practical challenges. You’ll deliver impactful recommendations, master research methods, and effectively present and communicate insights.

And if you opt to study in the London campus in the second semester, you can choose one of two options: the London Standard Route or the London Graduate Immigration Route. Both promise different post-study and work visa opportunities; those who choose the immigration route will complete a 16-week internship or work placement.

Alumni are for life

The 85,000+ ESCP alumni are active in over 200 countries across the world. No matter their positions today, many continue to give back to the business school, be it through career advice, industry insights, or networking opportunities.

To Luca Don Vito, a 2018 MBA graduate, the network was the most important thing he gained from the programme.

“Beyond the knowledge and skills, being part of such a diverse and supportive community has built a strong, successful, and truly global network of alumni who are always willing to support each other,” says Vito, who is now a Senior Partner Manager with Google.

“The MBA at ESCP provided me with a well-rounded business education, equipping me with both strategic and analytical skills essential for my role today. Studying alongside classmates from diverse backgrounds broadened my thinking and helped me develop a more adaptable and open-minded approach to problem-solving. The collaborative projects, case studies, and real-world business challenges pushed me out of my comfort zone.”
