Founded in 1997, the Faculty of Computer Science at Dalhousie University is the premier research institution in Information Technology in Atlantic Canada. It is dedicated to equipping students with the technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities needed to leverage new computing technologies for the benefit of society.
Students, professors, and alumni apply their knowledge across various fields, including oceans, healthcare, information communications technology, and aerospace. The Faculty offers flexible interdisciplinary undergraduate and graduate programs that allow students to align their studies with personal interests and career goals.
