This CEA diploma is a two-year program encompassing numerous VFX specialisations, such as modelling, sculpting, texturing/surfacing, lighting, compositing, and FX. Outside of the technical know-how needed for crafting virtual creations, students will dive into virtual production flows with programs such as Unreal and other software tools to prepare, modify, and film VFX assets. This will help you feel completely at home in the industry as you would have already been immersed in the fundamentals and fast-paced work environment while honing your craft.

In Advanced Visual FX (Virtual Production), you will understand the basics of cinematography, data acquisition, match move, photography and real-world lighting before entering the virtual space. Only then will you open the door to 3D matte painting, which is introduced as a hybrid of 2D and 3D images for set extensions, for use in both traditional VFX and VFX for Virtual Production.
