Looking to get more tactile with your craft? The MA Craft & Material Practices programme invites you to explore craft through experimentation and research. You’ll work with a wide range of materials — from biomaterials and metals to fibre and glass — bringing ideas to life in well-equipped material labs, workshops, and studios.
Throughout the process, tutors encourage you to push beyond traditional approaches and explore how craft continues to evolve in contemporary practice. And since sustainability sits at the centre of the programme, expect to investigate regenerative and non-extractive approaches to working with materials.
